Making of Yummy ragi malt

The Ragi Malt is quite a famous drink in Karnataka. But the preparation seems to be little tricky. Follow the simple steps & make yummy Ragi Malt for your family.

1) Pour two teaspoon of Arudra Ragi malt in the vessel
2) Add normal water & mix it well on slow flame.
3) Don't over boil, the moment it reaches boiling temperature turn off the flame & cover the vessel with lid for next 2mins.

& it's ready to be served
